These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website and online shop at jakobgrosseophoff.com, in accordance with German law, including the German Civil Code (B\u00fcrgerliches Gesetzbuch \u2013 BGB) and the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch \u2013 HGB).<\/p>

4. Purchases in the Online Shop<\/h3>

4.1 Pricing & VAT:<\/strong> Prices are inclusive of VAT per \u00a7 19 UStG. Displayed in EUR.
4.2 Orders:<\/strong> Binding upon confirmation in accordance with \u00a7 433 and \u00a7 147 BGB.
4.3 Payment Methods:<\/strong> Credit card via Stripe (other methods by arrangement).
4.4 Payment Deadline:<\/strong> Full payment due before shipment (\u00a7 271 BGB).
4.5 Shipping & Delivery:<\/strong> As stated per product; delivery times are estimates (see \u00a7 271 BGB).
4.6 Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong> Consumers under \u00a7\u00a7 355 ff. BGB have a 14-day withdrawal right, except for custom-made items per \u00a7 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.<\/p>

5. Liability and Warranty<\/h3>

5.1<\/strong> Liability is excluded for slight negligence except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, per \u00a7\u00a7 276, 278, 831 BGB and \u00a7 309 Nr. 7 BGB.
5.2<\/strong> Statutory warranty applies pursuant to \u00a7\u00a7 434\u2013443 BGB; for second-hand goods, limitation period per \u00a7 438 BGB.
5.3<\/strong> Further contractual or tortuous liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.<\/p>

    By submitting a bid, you confirm that you have read the auction catalog (PDF)<\/a> in its entirety and agree to all conditions stated therein.<\/p><\/li>
